Sale to Salem Investment Partners, Argosy Capital and Plexus Capital
Parker School Uniforms, the leading provider of premium school uniforms to private and charter schools across the Sunbelt region of the United States and portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital, has been acquired by Argosy Investment Partners, Plexus Capital and Salem Investment Partners.
The transaction provides Parker with partners who will provide additional resources to become a larger and stronger organization in the company’s next phase of growth.
