Recent Insights
INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY HIGHLIGHTS

TD Cowen celebrated CEO Action Day of Understanding in April with a roundtable with inclusion and diversity expert Jennifer Brown hosted by CEO Jeff Solomon and attended by 235 colleagues. Jennifer introduced TD Cowen colleagues to the four stages on the continuum to becoming an inclusive leader.

During Women’s History Month in March, TD Cowen held its second Inclusion Inspires Speaker event featuring gender inclusion experts David G. Smith, PhD and W. Brad Johnson, PhD. They introduced strategies for men and women to create a culture of allyship at work.

Black History Month at TD Cowen culminated in a dynamic keynote on allyship by ACLU’s Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer Amber Hikes. Amber encouraged daily acts of allyship at the roundtable hosted by TD Cowen Black Network and CEO Jeff Solomon.
