Bin To Bottle was established by John Wilkinson in 2005 to service the custom crush wine space, primarily in Napa and Sonoma, California. In recent years, the Company has grown its legacy wine business and expanded into alternative beverages with full-service production capabilities for wine cocktails, hard seltzers and other ready-to-drink adult beverages. Bin To Bottle’s exceptional reputation among its network of successful clients is underpinned by its approach to delivering bespoke, high-quality service. The Company’s significant investments in equipment and infrastructure on its campus in Southern Napa will provide a platform for growth for the foreseeable future. Bin To Bottle’s Managing Partner and CEO, John Wilkinson, will serve as an advisor to the Company after the consummation of the transaction.
