Diversity and Inclusion

We believe that diversity and inclusion are the catalyst for success and innovation in the workplace. In order to drive this culture forward, we’ve initiated programs designed to attract and support women who outperform and regularly host fireside chats, conversations and workshops geared toward cross-cultural awareness and unconscious bias across the organization.

Volunteerism

Through our Cowen Cares platform, we encourage a culture of giving and service at a local, national and global level including initiatives such as The Wall Street Run, which was originated in the early 1980s by two of the founding managing members of the Investment Management division, Tom Strauss and the late Morgan Stark.
