Atlantic Street Acquisition Corp’s sponsor is an affiliate of MC Credit, a registered investment adviser with investment experience and a track record of creating value through constructive partnerships with companies operating in the public markets. While Atlantic Street may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geography, they intend to focus on industries that align with the relationships and expertise of the sponsor’s senior investment team, management team, and operating partners including technology, media and telecom, healthcare, technology enabled financial services, or Fintech, and other business and consumer related services.
