Will Kress

Will Kress is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Industrials Investment Banking Group and leads TD Cowen’s paper & packaging practice. Mr. Kress has over 15 years of experience providing M&A and capital raising services to public and private companies across industries such as paper & packaging, specialty materials and distribution.

Prior to TD Cowen, Mr. Kress worked at UBS, Moelis and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various M&A and industrials coverage roles. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in the Industrials Investment Banking Group in Chicago.

Mr. Kress received a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance with Honors from The University of Iowa.
