Mark A. Saraiva

Mark Saraiva is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Industrials Investment Banking Group and leads TD Cowen’s Transportation practice. Mr. Saraiva has over eighteen years of experience advising public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, SPAC transactions, equity and debt financings, and other strategic transactions. He has advised management teams and Boards of Directors for many of the leading companies within the areas of transportation and mobility technology, including a focus on electric vehicles, battery technology, logistics, trucking, autonomy and other transportation or sustainability related technologies.

Prior to TD Cowen, Mr. Saraiva worked at Houlihan Lokey, CRT Capital Group and Dahlman Rose. He began his career at Ernst & Young before attending business school.

Mr. Saraiva received an MBA from Yale University and a BS in accounting, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. He is also a CPA and holds the CFA designation.
