Kory Wilcox

Kory Wilcox is a Director on the Private Capital Solutions investment banking team. Mr. Wilcox focuses on debt structuring, placement and strategic advisory services for private equity sponsored, privately owned and publicly traded companies across all transaction types and industries. Mr. Wilcox previously worked in the Debt Advisory Group at Quarton International. Prior to Quarton, Mr. Wilcox worked in the leveraged finance group within Barclays Investment Bank, supporting private equity and corporate clients in the execution and underwriting of institutional leveraged loans and high yield bonds across multiple types of transactions. Before Barclays, Mr. Wilcox was a senior sales consultant within the spinal implant division of Johnson & Johnson and a sales engineer and account manager with Illinois Tool Works.

Mr. Wilcox holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA with Distinction from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
