Grant Miller

Grant Miller is head of Capital Markets, and is responsible for the origination and execution of all capital raising activities for corporate clients. He was Head of TD Cowen’s Capital Markets group until the company’s acquisition by TD Bank Group in March 2023. Mr. Miller has been working in capital markets for over 25 years. Prior to joining TD Securities, Mr. Miller was a managing director in Bank of America’s equity capital group, and previously worked at Lehman Brothers in a variety of capital markets positions. Prior to banking Mr. Miller was a manager at Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Miller has a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
