Christopher Tiscornia

Christopher Tiscornia is CEO of TD Cowen’s Westminster Research Associates (WRA), an industry leading investment research and commission management provider.

Mr. Tiscornia is responsible for managing Westminster’s day-to-day business activities and also oversees Westminster’s business development efforts as well as manages the sales team, which works with approximately 700 institutional investor clients. Mr. Tiscornia has been instrumental in growing its broker network to over 260 executing brokers and in establishing Westminster as a leader in the management of CSAs and CCAs. He was also part of the team that positioned the firm for its sale to The Bank of New York in 2001.

Prior to joining Westminster in 1996, Mr. Tiscornia served as the personal assistant to U.S. Senator Bill Bradley.

He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Rutgers University. He is Series 7, 24 and 63 registered.
