Ann M. Miller

Ann Miller is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. Ms. Miller has provided strategic advice to public and private companies for more than 25 years and has extensive experience in in-court and out-of-court restructurings, debt for equity exchanges, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Some of her most notable engagements include Lehman Brothers et al., CIT Group, Inc. and Momentive Performance Materials, Inc. 

Ann rejoined TD Cowen in May 2023, after leading and being an integral team member at several boutique and global investment banks. At TD Cowen, Ann is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition and capital market assignments that require a restructuring or other nuanced solution.

Ann has an MBA in Analytical Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Ann holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
