Founding Partnership Agreement with Apex Emergency Group
APEX Emergency Services, a physician-owned emergency medicine group based in Denver, Colorado, has entered into a definitive agreement with US Acute Care Solutions to join the national leader in emergency medicine and hospitalist services as a founding partner.
The transaction positions USACS to serve approximately 250,000 patients annually in 14 Colorado locations, improving patient care and hospital partnerships by merging resources and support systems.
Founded by emergency medicine physician groups in Colorado, Florida, Maryland and Ohio and capital partner Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, USACS is the national leader in physician-owned emergency medicine and hospitalist services.
