Mpower Holdings, LLC (“Mpower”) has secured a senior debt financing from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. This represents the first commercial bank financing for Mpower. Mpower is a conglomerate of healthcare companies, including the largest independently operated intraoperative neuromonitoring (“IONM”) services provider in the U.S. Headquartered in San Antonio, TX and Dallas, TX, the Company delivers high-quality IONM services, efficiency solutions, practice management and clinical services to its partners in a range of specialties, from neurology to orthopedics and urology.
