Megatronics Acquisition Corp., a newly formed entity comprised of the legacy Bestronics and DataED companies, will primarily engage in the manufacturing of power supplies and assembly of surface mount and through-hole electronic circuit boards (through DataED), and (ii) electronic manufacturing services related to printed circuit board assembly and testing for original equipment manufacturers in a variety of markets, including wireless data communications, biotechnology, environmental, pharmaceutical, medical instrumentation, and power switching industries (through Bestronics)
