Lithium Americas Corp (NYSE: LAC, the “Company”) is a Canadian-based resource company focused on the advancement of two significant lithium projects: the Cauchari-Olaroz project in Jujuy Province, Argentina and the Thacker Pass project in northwestern Nevada, USA. Cauchari-Olaroz is a lithium brine project that is owned by Argentine subsidiary Minera Exar which is currently owned by Lithium Americas (49%) and Ganfeng Lithium Co. Ltd. (51%). Thacker Pass is a sedimentary-based lithium property that is 100% owned by the company's subsidiary Lithium Nevada Corp.
