The Company’s primary strategic vertical markets include education, public sector, non-profit, property management and healthcare. i3 also has a growing presence in the B2B payments market. The Company’s solutions are distributed through its direct sales force, as well as through a network of distribution partners that includes Integrated Software Vendors (“ISVs”), Value-Added Resellers (“VARs”), Independent Sales Organizations (“ISOs”) and other referral partners. Since its founding in 2012, the Company has completed 30 acquisitions, including nine since its IPO in June 2018.
