Gritstone is an immuno-oncology company developing personalized cancer immunotherapies to fight multiple cancer types. The Company's approach harnesses the natural power of a patient's immune system to recognize tumor-specific neoantigens (TSNA) to destroy tumor cells. GRANITE-001 is the Company's lead product candidate and first personalized immunotherapy.
