Sale to Bellisio Foods a divison of CPF
Frozen Specialties, Inc., a leading producer of frozen value pizza and pizza bites and portfolio company of Swander Pace Capital, has been acquired by Bellisio Foods, Inc., part of the CP Foods worldwide family of companies. FSI will operate under Bellisio’s Overhill Farms division.
This transaction will allow the Company to expand its customer base and create higher production efficiencies.
