Arthur Dogswell, a leading supplier of premium, innovative pet food and treats and portfolio company of TSG Consumer Partners, has been acquired by Whitebridge Pet Brands LLC, a portfolio company of Frontenac Company.
This transaction will allow the company to leverage the combined structure to better service distributors and retailers and accelerate overall growth.
