Five years ago, my career path led me to TD Cowen, where I am an IT Director for Sales and Trading. The positive work environment is what helps me Outperform on behalf of our clients. Even though some days can be stressful, I sincerely enjoy working with my colleagues. We are genuinely supportive of each other, which helps us bring our best—to Outdeliver on expectations. But it’s not just the work. I’m also energized every day because of the social consciousness of our senior leadership and our firm’s vision to make a difference as we become more inclusive.
