Yasha Dyatlovitsky

Yasha Dyatlovitsky is a Managing Director of Capital Markets in TD Cowen’s Private Capital Solutions Group, which is focused on delivering capital structure advice and private capital solutions for investment banking clients. Mr. Dyatlovitsky has over 14 years of experience in leveraged finance and structured credit products.

Mr. Dyatlovitsky joined TD Cowen in 2018 from Stifel, where he served as a Director in its Debt Capital Markets group. Previously, Mr. Dyatlovitsky worked as a Senior Trader at Prestige Financial in its residential non-performing and REO products groups. Prior to that, Mr. Dyatlovitsky was a Mortgage Trader at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Dyatlovitsky holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University’s Kogod School of Business.
