Townsend Ziebold

Townsend Ziebold is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Consumer Investment Banking Group focused on M&A.  During his 30-year investment banking and private equity career he served most recently as a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital and First Beverage Group, where he executed numerous M&A and capital raise transactions for leading alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage companies.  Earlier in his career he held senior roles at Wasserstein & Co. and Wasserstein Perella & Co.  Mr. Ziebold began his career in the M&A Group at The First Boston Corporation.

Mr. Ziebold received his BA in Economics from Trinity College and a MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business.
