Rob Weir

Mr. Weir is a Managing Director in the Health Care Investment Banking Group and Head of TD Cowen’s Healthcare Technology and Medical Technology Groups. Prior to joining TD Cowen, Mr. Weir was a Director with Oppenheimer’s Health Care Investment Banking Group. Prior to its acquisition by Oppenheimer, Mr. Weir worked with CIBC World Markets for several years in Menlo Park and Toronto. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Weir worked for an early stage life sciences venture capital firm based in Canada.

Mr. Weir received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the IH Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba with majors in Finance and Marketing.
