Rob Viola is a Managing Director in the equity capital markets group, a role that he has held since 2011. Rob is based in New York.
He is focused on providing capital solutions for public and private companies in the technology, industrials, energy and sustainability sectors. Rob has executed and advised clients on a wide range of capital raising alternatives at TD Cowen spanning IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, structured equity placements, convertibles and SPAC related transactions.
Rob holds a BA in finance and accounting from Boston College.
