Michael Baca is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Tech-Enabled Services Investment Banking Group. Prior to TD Cowen, Mr. Baca was a Vice President in the financial sponsors group at Wells Fargo Securities where he originated and executed investment banking transactions on the behalf of private equity clients.
Mr. Baca holds a B.S. from SUNY Oswego and an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
