Max Drechsel

Max Drechsel is a Partner at Cowen’s European M&A group. He has 25 years of experience in the investment business and is an active shareholder in a number of companies. Before joining Quarton, he was managing partner of the Heim&Haus Group. Prior to that, Max Drechsel was a Partner at SMB Beteiligungen and Managing Director of HSBC (now Montagu Private Equity).

He is co-founder of FBG and, following the joint venture between Flemings and Berenberg, was responsible for the German investment business.
