Marina Palermo

Marina Palermo is a Director on the Verticalized Software, Data & Analytics investment banking team. Prior to TD Cowen, she was a Director at Portico (joining in 2017) where she closed almost a dozen sell-side and buy-side deals in industrial software, automotive, risk & compliance, financial services, and intellectual property information. Prior to joining Portico, Marina worked for both TPG Capital and Credit Suisse as an investment professional, sourcing and executing private equity deals across various sectors totaling over $14 billion.

Marina holds an MBA from INSEAD, where she graduated with Distinction, and a BE from the University of Sao Paulo. She speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
