James D. Ryan

Mr. Ryan is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of TD Cowen Investment Management. Mr. Ryan joined the firm (then Ramius LLC) in 2004 and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2015. Prior to joining TD Cowen, Mr. Ryan was a Senior Accountant at First New York Securities where he handled reporting of daily P&L statements for international traders and global hedge fund portfolios that invested across asset classes. He was previously a Senior Auditor at Goldstein Golub Kessler.

Mr. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in accounting from Binghamton University.
