Fred Seegal

Mr. Seegal is a Vice Chair of Investment Banking at TD Cowen. In this role, Mr. Seegal is responsible for helping expand TD Cowen’s relationships with a particular focus on the technology, media and telecom, and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining TD Cowen, Mr. Seegal served as a Senior Advisor and Vice-Chair at PJ Solomon, where he played a key role strengthening its media, entertainment, communications and technology practices. During his 35-year investment banking career, Fred served as President at Wasserstein Perella and in various roles at Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers, concentrating primarily on major traditional digital media and telecom clients.

Mr. Seegal is the Board Chair at the Parrish Art Museum and the James Beard Foundation. Additionally, he is also on the Board of Governors at the San Francisco Symphony.

Fred received his B.A. in Political Science from Cornell University, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an L.L.B. from Harvard Law School.
