Eric Denlinger

Eric Denlinger is a Managing Director of the Verticalized Software, Data & Analytics investment banking group. Prior to TD Cowen, he was a Partner at Portico (joining in 2006) where he led the firm’s coverage of selected vertical markets, such as Automotive Technology. Eric has executed mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions totaling more than $30 billion over the course of his career. Prior to joining Portico, Eric worked at Citigroup within the Financial Institutions Group of the firm’s Corporate and Investment Bank.

Eric holds a BA in both Economics and Computer Science from Duke University where he graduated with Distinction.
