Dylan Piccolo

Dylan Piccolo is a Managing Director of Capital Markets in Cowen’s Private Capital Solutions and Debt Capital Markets Groups, which is focused on delivering capital structure advice and private capital solutions for investment banking clients. Mr. Piccolo has over 10 years of experience in debt capital markets and leveraged finance, specializing in the structuring and syndication of debt and private placement products across the capital structure.

Mr. Piccolo joined Cowen in 2018 from Stifel, where he served as a Director in its Debt Capital Markets group focusing on high yield, senior secured, unitranche, second lien, mezzanine, and preferred debt structures. Previously, Mr. Piccolo was an Associate at Oppenheimer & Co., where he began his career.

Mr. Piccolo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami School of Business.
