Chris McCabe

Chris McCabe joined Cowen in 2011 and is the Head of the Diversified Technology Group. Chris advises companies across the tech landscape on equity, debt, and convertible securities and has a strong focus on strategic Merger & Acquisitions (M&A), both domestically and overseas. Chris works with clients across the technology landscape with a concentration in the electronics supply chain including semiconductors, solar, advanced materials, equipment, communications, and renewable energy. Chris joined Cowen from Piper Jaffray where he was Managing Director and Global Head of the Technology Group, and Cleantech and Renewables Group.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds an MBA in International Management from the University of South Carolina. He lives in Silicon Valley and can be often seen riding his mountain bike in the Santa Cruz mountains, trying to surf at Pleasure Point, or walking in Portola Valley with his wife or one of his four kids.
