Carl Dooley is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA Trading at TD Cowen, a division of TD Securities. Prior to joining in 2019 he held various senior trading roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank.
Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Finance from University College Dublin, Ireland.
