Alex Schroeder

Alex Schroeder is a Director on the Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking team. Mr. Schroeder has over 13 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, corporate restructurings and business valuations. His transaction experience includes representing private companies, private equity firms and public companies in domestic and international transactions involving a number of industries, such as business services, consumer products, environmental services, distribution, industrial manufacturing and technology.

Prior to joining TD Cowen, Mr. Schroeder was a founding member at Quarton International. Prior to Quarton, he spent six years at W. Y. Campbell & Company and Duff & Phelps.

Mr. Schroeder graduated with a B.A. in Finance from the Honors College at Michigan State University and an M.B.A. with high honor from the University of Michigan.
