Cowen Group, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Concept Capital Markets, LLC

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sep. 1, 2015–
Cowen Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:COWN) (“Cowen” or the “Company”) today
announced that it completed its previously announced acquisition of
Concept Capital Markets, LLC (“Concept Capital”), a leading independent
provider of prime brokerage services. Financial terms of transaction
were not disclosed.
