Cowen Group, Inc. and The Seaport Group Enter into an Exclusive Partnership
Partnership Includes the Origination and Distribution of Corporate,
(“Seaport”) today announced that they have entered into an exclusive
partnership for the origination and distribution of corporate,
convertible and other fixed income securities. The relationship also
includes special situations such as restructurings, reorganizations and
bankruptcies. Under the terms of the agreement, Cowen will focus on
origination activities for these securities and Seaport will provide
distribution services.
