Cowen Announces Formation of Information and Technology Services Banking Group
Davies Beller and James Kissane Named Managing Directors
of an information and technology services investment banking group and

Mr. Beller has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, most
recently as a Partner and senior investment banker at

Previously, Mr. Beller was Head of Investment Banking at
Partners
that focused on cross-border transactions between
international markets. Prior to that, Mr. Beller spent 11 years at Bear
Stearns as a Senior Managing Director, leading several investment
banking coverage areas including business services and
marketing/communications and financial sponsors. He also was Chief
Financial Officer of Pay by Touch, a biometric payment processing
company. Mr. Beller holds an AB in Economics and Political Science from
a JD from
Bar Association
Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Kissane was a Partner and senior investment
banker at

research analyst covering the computer, business and information
services sectors at
