The Program will include a formal mentorship with employees who will act as a career guide for navigating your internship and beyond. Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to engage in a Senior Speaker series designed to familiarize participants with the workings of Sales & Trading as well as our Investment Banking, Equity Research, and Business Operations divisions. Interns will also be able to participate in social networking events with one-another as well as employees of the Firm on an ongoing basis to experience TD Cowen’s culture and assimilate into our Firm.
