Job Overview

TD Cowen is currently seeking an Associate or Vice President of Corporate Access to join our team in London.  In addition to analyst marketing in Europe, this role will partner with the US Corporate Access team to execute non-deal roadshows across EMEA. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all stages of non-deal roadshows, working with both the corporate and investing clients.
  • Balance responsibilities on non-deal activity for EMEA across all covered sectors and in close partnership with the U.S. team.
  • Partner closely with sales to identify institutional investor interest and maximize opportunities for all clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnership with internal stakeholders across sales, research, capital markets and banking.
  • Work independently while managing multiple live events/projects.
  • Multi-task within a fast-paced and dynamic environment while focusing on details.
  • Independently problem solve while demonstrating leadership with communication across all stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members as needed/applicable; foster a collaborative group dynamic.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications 

  • 2+ years in a corporate access, investor relations or related positions in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of FactSet Ipreo/Iplanner preferred
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx) preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
