Roadshow Analyst/Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Roadshow Analyst/Associate to join our team in New York. The position will focus on non-deal roadshows and analyst marketing.   The Corporate Access Analyst/Associate will be involved with managing both internal and external relationships.  Internally partnering with sales & trading, research and banking/ECM.  Externally with buyside clients and corporate clients (including investor relations professionals and C-suite).  The role will require ownership over all aspects of the non-deal roadshow and analyst marketing including:

  • Firming up all specifics/restrictions with internal/external clients for all of the upcoming meetings
  • launching the event and updating the internal systems
  • building out the schedule (managing situations for both for high and low demand)
  • working through logistics involved virtually or in person days.

The individual will be expected to operate independently while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.  

 Essential Skills/Requirements:

  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail and multi-tasking capability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel), Zoom and MS Teams
  • Knowledge of iPreo/iPlanner (or similar planning platforms)
  • Ability to understand business strategies and partner across divisions 
  • Strong team player with a willingness to pivot across multiple projects and teams, adaptable with a can-do attitude.
