Women Who Outperform

Our Women Who Outperform event provides a unique networking opportunity for students to learn from and connect with distinguished Cowen leaders and exceptional women across Investment Banking, Investment Management, Markets and Equity Research. This thought-provoking and interactive session that takes place each summer in New York City will introduce you to the career opportunities within the innovative and collaborative culture at Cowen.

All undergraduates who identify as women and are entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year of college are eligible to attend.

Invest in Success

Invest in Success is Cowen’s introductory Investment Banking Program for women. Designed for women who are early in their careers, this 5-week program taking place each spring provides students with the opportunity to explore the varied career possibilities within investment banking, while experiencing the entrepreneurial and collaborative culture at Cowen. You’ll network with senior leaders and could be considered for one of our summer banking internships.

LGBTQ+ Outreach

Join the Cowen OUTperformers, Cowen’s LGBTQ+ Business Resource Group, for an exclusive networking opportunity in June in New York City. At our LGBTQ+ OUTreach event, you’ll meet and converse with exceptional professionals who will share insights into the financial services industry and their own successful career paths as part of the LGBTQ+ community. All undergraduates who identify as LGBTQ+ and are entering their freshmen, sophomore, junior, or senior year of college are eligible to attend.
