CFA Society New York hosted a conversation with four of our Cowen colleagues to discuss the power and impact of sponsorship. Cowen’s Head of Inclusion & Diversity Ripa Rashid discussed how the unique advocacy relationship between a sponsor and a protégé can help propel a protégé’s career as well as benefit a sponsor’s standing. She also described how sponsorship can function as a key inclusion strategy and be a force for change.
