Mark Saraiva is a Director in Cowen’s Industrials Investment Banking Group, where he focuses on such sectors as logistics, trucking, transportation technology, airlines, railroads, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Mr. Saraiva has over thirteen years of experience advising public and private companies in equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, going privates, restructurings, and other strategic transactions.
Prior to Cowen, he worked at Houlihan Lokey, CRT Capital Group and Dahlman Rose. Mr. Saraiva also worked at Ernst & Young, in both the audit and M&A transaction advisory groups, before attending business school.
Mr. Saraiva received an BA from Yale University and a BS in accounting, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University. He is also a CPA and holds the CFA designation.
