Gavin O’Reilly is a Managing Director in TD Cowen’s Consumer Investment Banking Group and leads TD Cowen’s cannabis investment banking practice. Having joined the firm in 2003, he has executed numerous transactions, including several public and private equity, debt and M&A transactions. Since launching the firm’s cannabis practice in 2016, he and his team have completed many of the milestone transactions in the cannabis industry.
Mr. O’Reilly holds a BA with honors in Economics from Trinity College.
