Working Families

Cowen fully supports working families by offering up to 16 weeks paid maternity leave plus an additional 4 weeks of paid primary care giver leave, the latter being gender neutral. High-quality back up child and elder care is available to help balance last minute needs. We offer flexible work arrangements, dependent care assistance and child and elder care referral programs to help our employees and their families balance work and life matters effectively.

Wellness and Volunteerism

The Wall Street Run was originated in the early 1980s by two of the founding managing members of the investment management division, Tom Strauss and the late Morgan Stark, demonstrating our long, proud history of aligning philanthropy with physical fitness. Meditation and subsidized gym memberships are a few of the programs that support our goal of sustaining healthy minds and bodies.
