Cowen’s Corporate Access team works in conjunction with our Equity Research, Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Sales divisions in order to provide companies with a well-organized and efficient, informed and value-added marketing opportunity to develop a larger investor base, while investors are given a valuable opportunity to look at an investment from management’s perspective.
As the centralized point of contact, our Corporate Access team is able to provide services and information before, during and after the meeting. These services include descriptive investor profiles/insight (derived from our Sales team’s relationships), logistical assistance, a detailed itinerary, a direct contact for any questions or concerns, and a feedback report highlighting points that resonated with investors as well as concerns or commentary they may have.
The marketing events we facilitate for both public and private companies include one-on-one meetings, larger group meetings, more intimate specialty conferences and forums, field/headquarter visits, and conference or telepresence calls.
Cowen has relationships with over 1,000 investment firms. We regularly coordinate corporate marketing in New York, Boston, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Southern California, Texas, the Pacific Northwest, the Mid-Atlantic, the Midwest, the Southeast, Canada, the UK and Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland).
