Jules Grüninger is a Partner at Cowen’s European M&A group. He has been advising firms on international M&A transactions since 2001. Before he co-founded Blue Corporate Finance in 2001, which merged with Quarton Partners in 2015, he was the CEO and co-owner of Beldona AG (retail, approx. 80 branches, lingerie and swimwear), which – following a management buy-in – he took over and sold to a strategic investor. Before buying Beldona AG, he was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Grüniger works on the board of directors for various firms throughout Switzerland and Germany and is a graduate engineer from ETH Zürich and has an MBA from INSEAD.
