Scott Hague

Scott Hague is a managing director and head of the Private Capital Solutions Group at TD Cowen, which focuses on delivering capital structure solutions for banking clients in the private debt and equity markets. Mr. Hague has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on capital raising, acquisition and leveraged finance across a variety of industries. Prior to joining TD Cowen in 2019, Mr. Hague served as managing director and head of Debt Capital Markets for Stifel, where he joined in 2010. Previously, he spent eleven years in Leveraged Finance and High Yield Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York and London.
