Bryan Seyfried

Mr. Seyfried is Managing Director and Head of Risk at TD Cowen. Mr. Seyfried previously served as Head of Credit and Head of Strategy. Before joining TD Cowen, he was with Dresdner Kleinwort where he served as the Head of Capital Markets in North and South America. During his tenure, he built the proprietary credit trading business as well as the North American credit and structured credit origination, sales and trading business. He was also a member of the Executive Committee, Americas Management Committee.Prior to

Dresdner Kleinwort, he was with Enron where he built and managed Enron Credit, Enron’s proprietary credit investment and trading platform based in London. Previously, he was a risk management consultant with Price Waterhouse and worked at Goldman Sachs’ Quantitative Strategies and Risk Management unit.

Mr. Seyfried holds a BA in Applied Mathematics from Wabash College and an MBA in Finance from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business.
