James Sullivan is a managing director and senior research analyst covering the REIT industry. Mr. Sullivan has followed the real estate industry since 1991. He has been recognized in several polls, including those conducted by The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Fortune, and Realty Stock Review. He has lectured on REIT security analysis at the Yale SOM and the SEC. He was formerly a managing director at Prudential Securities. He received a BA and JD from Boston University.
